No Refunds/Exchanges - We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you happen to run into any issues upon delivery. please take a picture of the item and submit it to OranaG8@icloud.com along with your order number. We will contact you within 2 business days with a resolution for you.
Cancellation Policy
We do not accept cancellations for orders that have already been processed. Once you have received your delivery date and tracking number confirmation email, your order is considered “shipped”. We’ll do our best to accommodate any last minute changes and if you have any other questions please send us an email at OranaG8@icloud.com. We will be happy to work with you to find a solution.
